West Coast Dream Cruisers – Terms of Use

 

Effective Date: April 24, 2025

 

Welcome to West Coast Dream Cruisers. By renting and using our 3-wheel and 4-wheel scooters, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before booking or operating any of our vehicles.

 

1. Eligibility

To rent or operate a West Coast Dream Cruisers vehicle, you must:

 

  • Be at least 21 years old

  • Have a valid government-issued photo ID

  • Weigh no more than 400 lbs.

 

 

 

2. Rental Terms

 

  • Rentals are available in hourly blocks

  • 3-Wheel Scooters: $17.99 per hour

  • 4-Wheel Scooters: $17.99 per hour

  • Daily Rentals are 87.99

  • Vehicles must be returned to the designated location on time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

 

 

 

3. Safety and Use

 

  • Riders must wear helmets at all times

  • No passengers allowed unless the vehicle is specifically designed for two

  • Operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited

  • You are responsible for obeying all local traffic laws and regulations

  • Unsafe or reckless operation may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund

 

 

 

4. Condition and Damage

 

  • All vehicles are inspected before and after each rental

  • Any damage caused during your rental is your financial responsibility

  • Do not attempt to repair or modify any scooter on your own

 

 

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

 

  • Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund

  • No-shows or late cancellations may be charged in full

  • West Coast Dream Cruisers reserves the right to cancel rentals due to weather or maintenance issues (refunds will be issued in these cases)

 

 

 

6. Liability Waiver

By renting from West Coast Dream Cruisers, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of riding motorized scooters. You agree to release West Coast Dream Cruisers, its owners, and employees from any liability related to injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of our vehicles.

 

 

7. Privacy and Data

Your personal information is used solely for booking, identification, and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

 

 

8. Modifications

West Coast Dream Cruisers may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
