ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

By signing this agreement, I confirm that:

• I am 21 years of age or older

• I weigh 400 lbs or less

• I possess a valid driver’s license

• I am physically capable of operating the vehicle safely

4. TERMS OF RENTAL

​​

• No passengers allowed unless using a two-person vehicle

• Rentals are for 2 & 4-hour periods, with 3-wheelers at $65(2hr) $125(4hr) and 4-wheelers at $75(2hr) $150(4hr).

• Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received

• Late returns may incur additional fees

• Vehicles must not be used under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair operation

5. DAMAGE, LOSS, & REPAIR RESPONSIBILITY

• Renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle or accessories

• Do not tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair any equipment

• Any issues must be reported to West Coast Dream Cruisers immediately

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I understand and acknowledge that operating a motorized scooter involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any and all risks.

 

By signing below, I agree to release, waive, and discharge West Coast Dream Cruisers, its owners, staff, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any injury, loss, or damage during the rental period, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

7. INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless West Coast Dream Cruisers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my use or misuse of the rented vehicle.

8. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

• Cancellations with 24+ hour notice may receive a full refund

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable

• Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled by West Coast Dream Cruisers due to weather or safety concerns

 

9. FINES & FEES​

The following fines and fees may apply if rental policies are violated:

• Late Return: $50 per hour, up to a maximum of $150 (after 3 hours).

• Drop-off in Undesignated Area: $150.

• Unauthorized Parking: $150.

• Towing Fee: $25.

• Safety Violations: $150 plus any fines incurred by the scooter.

• Scooter Damage: Up to $750 plus applicable taxes.

• Riding in Unauthorized Areas (including but not limited to Fremont Street Experience): $150 plus applicable taxes.

• Lost Scooter Key: $50 plus applicable taxes.

• Excessive Cleaning (due to bodily fluids, vomit, etc.): Up to $100.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

I have read and understand this Rental Agreement and Waiver. I agree to comply with all terms and assume full responsibility for the rental. I understand this is a legally binding document.
